1. Admin invites the team member
The organization administrator adds the person and selects their role. ShadowTrace explains the matching seat options during registration and after sign-in.
2. Team member subscribes
The invited user signs in on their own Apple or Google account and purchases that individual seat in the ShadowTrace mobile app.
3. ShadowTrace verifies the store purchase
Access activates only after Apple or Google confirms the subscription. No receipt screenshots or support request should be necessary.
4. Admin monitors the organization
Seat Management shows who has an active seat, the seat type, and the organization’s totals. Each subscriber manages renewal or cancellation through their app store.
Administrative accounts: An organization admin can manage users, settings, and seats without buying an operational seat.
Admins who perform PI or PS work: They must purchase and hold their own PI, PS, or Premium seat.
Client and attorney portal accounts: They do not purchase operational seats.
